The wind was laughing delightfully, while tugging at her hair and her skirts. She ignored it, bending to touch the petal of one particularly bright flower. It was yellow and simple, the kind she liked. She picked it along with some others, the shades of purple and pinks and yellows going well together.
She buried her nose within the scent, so intoxicating to her; the flowers hugged her face and seeming to smile back.
